For young adults entering grades 9-11, we offer Leadership Programs that focus on team building, skills development, service to camp and personal growth.  Our teens are the future of our camp, and we are invested in their success.

Our Counselor In Training (CIT) program for 9^th and 10th graders is a mix of hands on work with children and social interaction with friends. CIT’s are assigned different roles at camp including working in bunk areas with children, assisting specialists in sports/arts areas, and supporting administration in planning events.  CIT’s are at their assigned areas until 2pm daily, when the focus turns to enjoying fun camp activities such as Zumba, Cooking, Sports, and Adventure.  CIT’s at camp receive 60 hours of community service and a stipend upon successful completion of the summer.

Our Junior Internship program is for 11^th graders and allows for customized assignments based on interests.  Increased support and mentorship from the leadership team allows for a more hands-on role in camp, learning real life skills in child development and receiving hands on training.  Junior Interns are welcome to attend staff related activities and receive 85 hours of community service upon successful completion of the summer.
